On 4th July 2025, the High Commission of the Republic of Rwanda to South Africa celebrated 31 years of Liberation alongside the Rwandan community and Diplomatic Corps, in Johannesburg. The ceremony was graced by Guest of Honour Amb. Tebogo Seokolo, DDG for Africa at the Department of International Relations and Cooperation. Celebrations featured dance performances by Rwandan Youth.
